How to Qualify for the Nissan Military Program

If you are currently in the US military on active duty or in the Reserve, or if you are retired or a veteran with 12 months of active duty, you may qualify for this offer. You will need to provide one of the following documents at Premier Nissan of San Jose to verify eligibility for the program:

• Military ID card
• Certificate of Release
• Certificate of Discharge from Active Duty
• Proof of leave and earnings statement
• DD Form 214

*Retired includes those persons on Permanent Disability Retired List (PDRL) and Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL). Retired Military will be required to provide DD 214/NGB 22 or other supporting documentation.
